Policies and Etiquette

New Patients

For first time appointments, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to provide time for new patient paperwork, profile completion and check in. We require each patient to have a form of identification on file, please have a drivers license or government issued ID with you.

Appointments

Each individual must have a valid credit card to book an appointment. The credit card will not be charged at time of booking, and you can pay how you like at the time of your service. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule, but highly recommend booking in advance for any of our services.

We want to maximize the benefits of your treatment and ask every patient to arrive on time and be aware of how long their appointment is scheduled. If you think you may need more time for questions, we suggest scheduling a consult alongside your service.

Late Arrivals- We understand things happen and will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other patients.

Reservations, Cancellations and No Shows

We require a credit card on file for all bookings and charge a minimum of $50 for last minute cancellations and missed appointments, or “no shows”. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies.

We do reserve the right to refuse services to anyone, at any time, for any reason. We value our providers and their time and appreciate your understanding.

Bringing Friends and Family

Ideally, you will show up to your consultation or appointment alone. While we do allow a friend or family member to be with you in the treatment room, it can serve as a distraction. We want to ensure we have one-on-one time to discuss your goals and focus on providing you with quality medical services. It’s much easier to communicate effectively with less people in the room.

Be Courteous

Because we offer a range of med spa and wellness services, we ask that you be aware of noise and conversation levels as a courtesy to all our guests.

Be Honest About Your Medical History

Your health and medical history are important in a med spa, which is a professional medical environment. We must know about certain conditions and considerations so you must be transparent.

eGift Cards and gift Certificates

eGift Cards are available for purchase online through our patient portal and may be used for any products or services we offer (some restrictions may apply). eGift card must be presented at the time of checkout.

Gift Certificates available for purchase at our office locations. These may be used for specific products or services we offer, or as a value toward any product or service (some restrictions may apply). Gift Certificates must be presented and collected at the time of checkout.

Elite Aesthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of eGift Cards and Gift Certificates. eGift Cards and Gift Certificates are nontransferable, nonrefundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Both eGift Cards and Gift Certificates are valid for one year after purchase date.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for memberships, gift cards, or any service rendered. We do not offer refunds on any prescription medication, in accordance with Federal Law.

Memberships

Membership funds in Client Wallet are non-refundable and can only be used toward products or services in the event of cancellation. Memberships are not shareable or transferable. Multiple membership enrollments are not eligible for stacked discounts. Individuals who voluntarily cancel a membership, in lieu of placing membership on hold, that wish to renew at a later date will be charged the membership setup fee. Learn more about memberships.

Private Parties and Events

We require a $50 non-refundable deposit for each person attending offsite private parties and events. To host a party, we require a minimum number of individuals to RSVP and provide deposits at least two weeks prior to the event.

Gratuity - Should I tip my provider?

Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. Tips are never expected, but they are certainly appreciated when you feel you’ve received outstanding services. Gratuities can be left for providers in the form of cash or credit.

Another fantastic way to show your gratuity is through online praise - we encourage you to leave us online reviews and recommendations. Seeing that you loved your experience makes our team so happy and we really appreciate your support.
